Olympic lifts are no different than any other competitive compound movement. Often, it pays to do partial movements to build starting or finishing strength and focus on sticking points.
These Jerk Boxes are perfectly suited for jerk training, partial clean/jerk/deadlift training, and even plyometrics. They're sturdy enough to handle whatever you throw at them.
These boxes are essentially a custom job. There are two components to our jerk boxes: risers and platforms. The risers are the middle pieces and the platforms are the tops of the boxes. You have the ability to choose how many risers and how many platforms you get as well as their respective heights. Both types of pieces are available in 4, 6, 8, and 10 inch heights.
